Our Story
BVA Bear’s IT Solutions is built on a foundation of real-world experience, with deep roots in the Department of Defense—particularly within the U.S. Navy. Our team has played a pivotal role in modernizing critical legacy systems, driving interoperability across DoD agencies, and supporting long-term mission effectiveness.
Our Founder led the design and implementation of the Navy’s Electronic Retrograde Management System (ERMS) and later served as the Program Manager for ERMS 2.0—overseeing its technical refresh to enhance system efficiency and capability. Our team has also led the migration and integration of legacy supply systems into the Navy’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) framework and conducted critical requirements and gap analyses for the emerging Electronic Procurement System (EPS). This level of hands-on involvement gives us a unique and comprehensive understanding of the technical and operational complexities defense agencies face.
But our story doesn’t stop there. This extensive experience has become the launchpad for our continued growth.
